Solar is Freedom worked with me during the entire process. They created plans for the array, helped me find someone to cut down a tree, helped me with the local government zoning request and installed the panels when they said they would. The system is up and running and I am happy to be helping the environment and saving money.

I became a Solar is Freedom customer when I purchased a home in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have been a happy customer because of their professionalism, friendliness, and the efficiency of using solar energy. I hope more people choose to take advantage of solar power.

Our experience with Solar is Freedom has been a good marriage from the onset. Initially there were hurdles to overcome. One of the most obvious of the hurdles was in dealing with communication and subcontractors. We feel that those issues have been resolved and we're now ready to go online.

Overall, we're happy with the product and work done by solar freedom. There had been some issues with 1 of the subcontractors. It seemed like we had difficulty with schedules and/or contacts. I would get a message that my husband didn't answer multiple calls, but I'd check and there wouldn't be any missed calls or messages on his phone. I had on my calendar a meeting and then we'd find out the following week that there had been a "mix-up" but they'd come the following week. There were delays due to wrong or no equipment or even possible weather issues then be left hanging as to when they would actually return. I understand scheduling, weather and lack of help , I just think there could've been improved communication with those outside of the actual solar team. The account manager (solar team, Adam) tried to resolve issues and he offered to call us weekly to check on the status of the product and our comfort with the solar set-up.

They have a step-by-step process, answer my questions through that process. insulation of my solar was quick.

I have been pleased with my dealings with Solar is Freedom. Adam T has answered all of my many questions on going solar. It has been a pleasant process from the initial contact to the recent installation. The installation crew were all very polite and helpful in answering my questions. I am looking forward to receiving my first utility bill with my solar input. I feel good about doing my part in helping the environment as well as receiving lower utility bills.

In the summer of 2021, I purchased a new roof and solar panels as a combination package. The new roof was installed then the solar panels were installed. The workers were professional and courteous. The grass and a few plants were matted down but that was to be expected. I have found about 7 nails and 12 bits of roofing material which were easily put into the garbage. It was a pleasant experience. They have consistently reminded me in a timely fashion when documents needed to be downloaded for future reference or to be read carefully then approved with a signature. The electrical net meter is installed and operational. I am glad to have a new roof and solar panels.

My wife and I decided to check out the benefits of going solar in order to reduce our costs while also trying to help improve the environment. After speaking with quite a few companies, we spoke with Patrick O at "Solar is Freedom" and found our best value. We discussed many options and actually decided to go with a roof mount system on our house. After speaking with Caleb when he came out to do the pre-site inspection, my wife and I asked if it would be ok if we went with a ground mount design instead. Mind you, we had already signed the papers for the roof mount system. Fortunately, Patrick was able to work with us and make the changes! It made my wife happy and showed that he cared about our satisfaction. This gave us a good feeling that the company is willing to work with us and we are very optimistic that this experience and the upcoming results with "Solar is Freedom" will continue to exceed our expectations.
