I picked them because I''ll pay a flat rate over the next 20 years. It doesn't increase as the rate of power increases and it didn't have an escalator cost. The service has been pretty smooth, easy going, and flawless. My power bills have been reduced to only $8. We had an incident where our box went down for two weeks and we did not know until I went outside and noticed that there was no power. They should be a little bit more attentive to their monitoring and make sure things are working properly.

The guy showed up and they laid out the schematic for me to review one last time before they did their work. The installation process took a while but that was because of permits and all of that. Once the installers got there, they were very cooperative and worked quite quickly. Rhere were couple of items that needed to be revisited, but overall they were great. They presented the information thoroughly and did not play games.
