I picked them because they were fast and attentive. The people have been very professional and courteous. I now get lower electric bill rates. They should just keep up with the good work.

We've only really met with one person, but they were really good, they answered all the questions we had. The only problem that we ran into is that we speak Vietnamese in my home and they had no one that could help us translate for some of the older people like my father. Because of that, it was hard to convince him to even consider solar energy. Aside from that, things went well. The installation was very hands off, we didn't have to do anything and they gave us no problems. The most apparent benefit that we've had is that our bills are lower.

So far I've only seen minimal results. I mean, we've only had it for a couple of months since we started in February but one of my electric bills has been significantly lower than the previous ones. I expect that as the weather gets a little warmer it will have significant effects on my bills.

Everything has been good. The installation went smoothly and it looks great, the wiring is not even visible from the road. The only thing I'd change is the style of bracket that they use, that way it won't be noticeable at all. Thanks to this we had a surplus of energy last month.

I just liked doing business face to face with a local company. We've had it for less than a month now, so we haven't seen much yet, but we're anticipating to save some money. The project management team was very good. They were organized and communicated well and in a timely manner with us. They showed up when they said they would and also gave us a realistic estimate of how long it would take to complete the project. The installation itself was easy and very painless. The only thing is that SunRun, the company that Solar Energy World works with to provide their paper agreements, has been a little slow to respond to us. Besides that, I wish we had a way to know just how much we're reducing our carbon footprint by using their panels. That is one of the main reasons we're doing this after all.
