Justin Hellhake's passion for PosiGen's mission to simplify residential solar and deliver it to underserved communities is best exemplified in his region's rapid growth and success. Justin lives our "Solar For All" mission every day.
Justin serves as our Director of Operations in the PA region helping build our Pennsylvania team to over the last 18 months from our first install through to our current 1000th homeowner in his region. His team's Customer Satisfaction Scores are consistently higher than our other markets and always improving.
Justin's teams have exceeded our safety and installation quality goals. PosiGen relies on this region for leadership in the marketplace. The Pennsylvania office has become an important location for testing new efficiency models and operations upgrades. Justin's leadership to work with the local utility and our permitting teams has also helped drive success directly attributable to our growth in his region.
