From beginning to end all the project related tasks were performed without having to bug anyone. These days that's quite the accomplishment. Everyone throughout the process was professional and finished their part and cleaned up after themselves.

I really appreciate Mark from Elevation because he really cares about providing excellent customer service. He answers all of our questions and is a very positive representative for the company. I wish more people had an excellent customer service style as Mark. I will definitely be referring people to elevation solar because of him. Well done!

We are very happy to have installed Solar panels and to have worked with Vince! Bills have been $0 or credits after just 3 months!

My solar was installed in Feb and still isn't up and running. The communication from this company is terrible. They have scheduled workers and inspections without informing me. They have failed numerous inspections by not completing the work that was needed. I have a small 1,400sq ft home, it shouldn't be a difficult job. I feel that this company does not value their customers time or money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Not only have I been paying my high electricity bill for the past 4 month, I am also paying for the solar loan. We had a no call no show to get the work done again last week. I still haven't heard back from them to make things right.

I find it challenging to believe that this company has a 4.5 rating on this site. The lack of integrity displayed by the Salesperson and Management is appalling. Our Sales representative, Joe O, assured us that he would remain with us throughout the process and that the solar loan would not begin until after the installation was signed off. However, Joe disappeared after signing the paperwork, and two months after Elevation received the money from the Loan company, the solar loan payback started and the panels were not even on the roof. During those two months, we could not check our account to monitor payments, and we were charged interest on the loan. Once the panels were installed, the installers left out a crucial component, which would become a significant problem. The biggest problem with this company is the absence of communication. Our panels sat on our roof for almost six months because Elevation submitted inaccurate information. The company promised a "concierge" to assist with the process, but after Kassie S was promoted, she stopped responding to our emails. We went through twenty customer service representatives (Jeff S, Mers, Devon, Christian, Michelle A, Amanda M, Jake, Araxy S, and many others that we didn’t get the names written down), none of whom could solve the problem. We finally spoke to a manager named Karen M, who promised to address the issue, including reimbursing us for our electric bill while waiting for the panels to be operational. After a month passed with no action, we talked to Alex L, who assured us that he would take care of everything and even gave us his personal cell number. He promised to reimburse us for the loan payments, which we had to pay while waiting for the system to become operational. After over seven months, we finally received approval from the energy company, but because the component was left off in the initial installation, we had to wait another 3 weeks for an electrician to be dispatched. We requested a phone call to notify us when the electrician would arrive, but we never received it. Fortunately, electrician Skye, who had requested that we be given a call before he came out, was frustrated with the lack of communication we had been dealing with and took it upon himself to paint the parts required to meet the HOA agreement Elevation had signed. The electrician gave me Debbie L’s name in the hope she would become the point of contact to resolve the issues we had been experiencing, and help with the so called reimbursement; but the reimbursement process has been slow to non-existent. We have made many attempts to contact the company regarding this matter with no response. In the first week of March 2023 we were told that the reimbursement was “approved” on Feb 8th and that I would be getting it “soon”. As of this post (May15) we have not received a check or any information on where it is other than “I’ll let the escalation team know”. Debbie’s supervisor, Modesto, came out to talk to me about the issues I had been having and to let me know that the reimbursement was “approved”, but again, nothing has been done. It’s all talk. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company. They have demonstrated their incompetency time and again. Despite all the challenges, the system is now operational and functional, but the process took way too long due to the incompetence displayed by several people in the company. The entire process (without any promised reimbursement) took from May 2022 to January 2023. In that time, 3 other houses in our neighborhood had their solar installed within 3 months of them signing the contract. And the delay in all of this was simply that Elevation was unable to put in the proper paperwork to the electrical company. No other delays or problems, they just couldn’t do that one thing. HOW can I trust that this company will stand by any of their “guarantees” if they can not do some of the most basic things? Most of this could have been solved by a simple SPREADSHEET that all of their employees could access and update. That and clearly communicating with the customer!

This is a HORRIBLE company. They are 100% incompetent and their customer service is terrible. We have been waiting 8 months for them to get our solar working - after paying in full - and while the installation went great, they have not been able to hook the solar up. FOR EIGHT MONTHS! They fail inspection after inspection and now they have mislabeled our electrical panel, which is not only incompetent but unsafe. They will not take responsibility. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

We worked with Elevation for our solar solution in 2019. We purchased 34 panels using the SolarEdge string solution, which Elevation strongly recommended and assured us they would support, maintain and expand for at least ten years. Unfortunately, I have been working with them over the past last month, and they will NOT expand my current system and the only offer they have is to add an additional microinverter system, and not for a reasonable price. I have discovered that those who work with this company will tell you whatever they need to make the sale and in the future (very short future, that is, we haven't even had ours four years) leave you hanging even though they assure you they will not. I recommend finding another local company that will stand behind what they say and work with you as your system ages.

Tyler and Dylan are very helpful! I felt they cared about what I needed and not just a sale for Solar. They gave me names of clients that I could go visit and check out how things went with their solar. Tyler is stopping by to make sure everything is going as planned frequently. Very courteous and very friendly and most of all they do not over sell what you need.! That is very important to me! I would highly recommend this company over the many solar companies I have checked out with supposedly “amazing promises”, not realities. I am currently just waiting for APS to come out and hook up their system.

Slow, bumbling, non responsive I like my solar and what it is doing, however Elevation solar made the experience far more difficult that needed, long in time, and incredibly poorly designed. Sales pre to installation is ok. Honest guy, but not at all detail oriented. Elevation delays a good marketing by ; a. 8 days between signing of documents and me calling to request invoice which then came within hour. b. 2 weeks later Elevation had yet to contact or know their registration in my town had lapsed. I called to inform and 3 weeks later the permits with town were signed. Elevation then took 10 days to pay for permit. Again slowing the process. c. After pushing them along, Aka managing their job, it's first of October, 2 months in and I'm in install mode waiting for the install date via a phone call that doesn't come. d. Call never comes so I call elevation and somehow I'm back in design phase. Turns out a tech was concerned that although the town had passed the project plan, it would fail inspection due to main placement. No one ever tells me this, and in fact eventually a supervisor tells me the delay is being caused by my town, which is simply not true, The delay was 100% caused by Elevation and horrid customer communication, and inter company communications and it takes me another 6 weeks to get said tech out and agree to an install. e. While this cluster was going on I'm learning about solar and in looking at my design I see that over 25% of my panels are being wasted in full sun. Meaning I have 295 watt micro inverters married to 400 watt panels. This waste or clipping, the industry word for waste, could have been fixed with smaller panels as I suggested or higher output micro inverters easily. Net result is my 8kw system maxes out at 5.9kw due to poor efficiency design. 20% better performance could be easily attained with proper design. The amazingly weak efforts Elevation has made, to complete this highly flawed transaction, have been driven almost purely by me. I do not believe my system would be up had I not pushed them along. The deal was in nothing land until I repeatedly called their concierge service. I like them, Nice to talk to, but near zero follow up, and they too are bad at doing what they say they will do. Seems to be the company mantra. Listen intently, create a bunch of action items. Do none them. Never follow up to see if customer was served.

I had some help from Skylar using my Curb. He took the time to help me get the app set up and gave me a brief intro. I appreciated his concern for his work and the effort he put in to make the experience as positive as possible. So far, everyone I have dealt with at Elevation has been pleasant and customer service oriented.
