Service, cost & quality. All 3 are equally important and we were very pleased with Solar Negotiators in all 3 aspects. We have a very affordable monthly payment and our panels made our PGnE bill disappear... we are saving hundreds a month and keeping the house more comfortable year round.

Every time I call, someone is always available. They are professionals. From the beginning they were very open to explained everything in detail. They took their time explaining it to me as someone that didn’t know anything about solar.

Better price and better service is what you get with solar negotiators. They’re always available and able to come no matter what. Installation took a little longer than anticipated but that was an issues with my property.

I think the website where they send you stuff is difficult to understand. Installation went smoothly. I was disappointed that I had such a large true up at the end of the year. I was basically told that they thought I would not even have a true up with the amount of panels I was given.

We are happy and satisfied and they are constantly checking on us to see if there is anything else we need as far as service.

This company is very trustworthy. I’ve had no problems with them. They are very honest with wah they were doing and they’ve come through on everything they said. They are excellent to work with. The installers were clean and professional and everything looks good.

All around solar negotiators are excellent. From customer service to installation to after, it is the complete package. They give you all the information you need. Everything works well and it looks nice.

Everything seems to be working good. We are producing quite a but of electricity. I like how they explained everything in detail and they keep in contact.

I don’t have any problems. It is working properly though it did take a lot longer than it should have to get it put in but they are the best company.

The only time I need to call customer service is to schedule an appointment to get my solar panels cleaned and they are very efficient getting it taken care of. I was surprised how quick they were installing the panels and we actually generate more energy than we need.

The panels look nice on the house. It was easy to go through the process because they are very easy to work with.

Chose them because of the longevity in the industry. The product appears to be the top of the line. Everything done has been very timely and easy.
