Had panels installed few years ago. Have been calling for over a month to double the number of panels, have been promised 7 call backs, but received none. Will contact competitors to get the job done.

This review is about the sales process: So far - working with Michael G. has been simple and a smooth process. He responds fast and answers all our questions. My husband and I worked with a company prior (they also sold Sunpower panels), they lacked in communication and we had to reschedule installation about 8 times. It was a breath of fresh air to speak with Michael. He provided us with all the information we needed, verbally and through email. I’m hoping the installation process goes just as smoothly.

It's a little bit more expensive than a couple other companies, but it seems to be very good quality. Everything's been working great. I check my app sometimes a few times a day, just to see how everything's looking and how much use I'm using right that second and everything, the batteries working great, everything's working well. I'm satisfied with everything. The guys were all very professional. There was a slight glitch like the first week and I called into the company and they had somebody come out kind of quickly. They said everything was looking good. It was just something on my phone. But the system was running well. He showed everything to me and I've never had an issue since.

Great service from my sales rep. James was fantastic. I had no bad experience. There's been new technology that's come out since I've already gotten my panels.

The installation was straight forward. We've had panels removed and panels reinstalled several times and everybody's taken care of business and done a professional job. We've had some issues, but at the end of the day they have taken care of everything and all the issues that we have had. They've come through and solved all the problems and all the painting issues inside the house that were associated with it, so on all they've done everything that they needed to do.

There needs to be way better communication. I had to proactively reach out to Seabright Solar multiple times to find out the status and then also to try to push to to get the the project done in the timely fashion. No updates.

Satisfying, they did the work they had to do quickly and I haven't had any problems. They can be difficult to get a hold of sometimes.

I've had not a hitch in the whole process from the folks coming out and looking at the roof and the house and helping me size the system for what my needs were then and what my future needs are with electric vehicles and in that type of thing. The installation was pretty seamless. The monitoring on my phone and being able to look at the system day in and day out and compare it to previous month and years, it's been a good experience. I'm very pleased. The team that they sent out clearly was experienced, knew what they were doing. They went out of their way to comply with my specific requests.

Sea bright has a good product. There was a lack of customer service. We weren't given an explaination on how the system works, how the system is going to be operating, how to download the information. They just installed and they left. Equipment is good.
