I was so excited to buy my new house in the Cathedral City cove! After completing the never ending stack of Escrow documents I was finally into my new place. I then started getting the new home bills and new I needed to get solar on my house in order to reduce the outrageously high SCE bills. I contacted Renova and began working with Cory H. He made the process of putting solar onto my house so easy and the documents he presented were easy to understand and the few questions I had were answered to satisfaction. They communicated well and quickly. They were helpful with any questions I had.

Any time I've had a concern or call, they've been back to me within almost the hour, and if not, the same day. They've always been able to accommodate my schedule to come and clean, even when I was not available. They came out and mapped the best area on top of the flat roof. We have a foam covering over our roof. So they installed their brackets and then the company that did the foam came back and foamed around to make sure that everything was tight, and that there would be no leaks. And then the guys came out and put the panels in. They did all of our panels in one day. You couldn't have found a scrap of paper or a piece of trash from the guys being here those days. They were you know as far as cleaning up around the outside of the house and everything.

They do an excellent job, they're credible, professional and I can trust them. I've been using Renova's Systems equipment for several years now and it's always met my expectations and their promises. I had an additional system installed to augment Renova's and it's been 10 months. It still isn't connected. So you compare that to Renova because they they installed it in a matter of weeks. It was installed on time in an efficient manner. When I compare my installation to my neighbors, mine looks 100% better. They took the time to match my roof with paint on the electrical conduit, and they even matched the house with anything that they exposed. They painted it to match my house, so it looks for terrific. All my questions were always answered professionally and to my satisfaction.

I was really happy and satisfied when I got their their solar and real satisfied with the business. Every time I call or talk to someone I get really nice service from them and they're always taking care of me. It went very smoothly and they were really informative in telling me exactly what they were going to do and showing me and I was very satisfied with everything. I really like the product. The solar panels seem really good and I haven't had any problems with anything.

They've been very good. They have been reliable and there is a lack of problems with the equipment itself. It was very straightforward. The real problem we have and the reason for the three ratings is that the reconciliation bill. These are very high bills that don't make sense, but nobody seems to address the problem. So that's the only complaint that I have with this reconciliation bill.

We've got a 20 year warranty on it, though we have only had it about 8 years. So far it's working fine. They didn't put enough panels at first, and they added more panels with no charge. They take care of business.

I've never had any problems and if I had any questions, they're very quick to answer the questions for me. It's been several years and there weren't any problems. When you call them they do what they say they're going to do when they're going to do it.

They followed through with everything. The company stands behind everything they tell you. Questions, concerns, or problems, they're there to answer it or come back out. And they were very helpful in getting Edison to hook me online. They were on time, they were professional, the young men that were here were neat, they cleaned up. They are wonderful.

It went very well, it's very professional. The quality is very good. I've had very few problems, even though it's under the contract. It wasn't the money saving that I thought it would be overall, but other than that it's been a good system.

Very organized. There were some panels that weren't operating and they came in and fixed them right away.

I have totally felt supported. Install was fine, it just took forever. It was close to a year after we contracted, but I guess that was part of the the whole COVID thing.

We've consistently had either extremely low or actually negative power bills. Very smooth, there were no problems. It took a couple hours until it was all installed.

They follow up, they get back to you in a timely manner. I didn't have to do a thing for installation. They took care of everything from the HOA permits to dealing with the energy company to everything. I didn't have to do a thing except pay the money. They used the best solar panels, and they're also made in United States.

It's pretty reliable and a good price. It went pretty smooth. The last time they came out to inspect I wanted to take a look at the panels. I found 19 panels broken since we live in a golf community.
