Pricing was consistent from other quotes received but if you are paying about the same, why not go with a better product!!

We worked with Daryl and he gave us all the information that we needed as well as gave us exact timelines and deadlines. They got our solar system up within the first 30 days. Our system produces more than we need, so we actually haven't had an electricity bill since we've gotten solar. I guess something negative I could say is there are these little black clips that are on the bottom and I'm not sure what they hold up, but they've been blowing off in the wind. 100% worth the money spent. There was a little bit of a delay with the installation, but it was too rainy, so they started about half of it, then the next day they did the other half. On the third day, they came and packed everything up. They were very neat and clean and even helped me move a bunch of roofing tiles to my garage.

I like the solar panels that PGT Solar Solutions uses. They respond to everything I needed right away - they don't leave you hanging. They entire process was quick - ahead of schedule by two months

I shopped around and talked to 3 different solar companies and honestly, PGT Solar was the most responsive. They got back to me immediately, had a very thorough presentation, gave some great counseling regarding batteries, and had information nobody else had as far as the applicability to my house. My niece's husband has also used Sun Power, not PGT. I've had a fabulous experience, particularly I had to use the warranty on the roof pretty quickly and everything was taken care of immediately. The installation was smooth and seamless- it was a well oiled machine. The team itself was a group of really delightful young men who were transparent as far as what they were doing. They were efficient and kept me apprised of everything. It was done quicker and more efficiently than I thought it was going to be and that included the roofers that came by and got their job the next day. It was pretty amazing. I was impressed with what they told me about their equipment, I really like that the inverter was on each one of the solar panels and then their warranty was long. I have had a couple of notices regarding the system functionality. Somehow the date is not being recorded. I have a little bit of a problem getting my app to sync with the computer, but like I said, they sent people out and we solved the problem within a short period of time. They do what they say; they get back to you within a timeframe that is reasonable, usually 24 to 48 hours, and it's usually before that that the problems were solved with technicians coming out when they needed to. I have had nothing but immediate responses from the company. Even though the problems I had were big, they responded like they said they would.

I got about 4 or 5 proposals. With your company, the price was comparable, a couple of other companies got knocked out because they were too high, but you have by far the best proposal information about the process, the actual document itself it was far superior to everybody else. Now, we're saving approximately the amount of dollars that we thought we would and so equipment seems to be working real well. We had one issue during installation and we got it resolved. It took a couple calls, but everything else that we had issues or questions about were were handled properly and in an excellent way. We were informed on installation timing and when it would start. The problem we had was when we got the initial design, we told them that we did not want to see any panels on the very back of our house. So when they were starting to install, it was obvious that we were going to have some panels and I probably screwed up in that when they when I reviewed the actual design, I should have inquired more. In the end, they moved the panels and nothing changed price-wise, so it worked out real well.
