Earthlight installed our PV system in May 2023. Excellent service. Everything worked and works as indicated and according to the signed contract. No pressure sales, no distractions, clear information. The costs were competitive with other comparable offers and included reinforcing the roof to carry the load. We did not have to deal with any of the required reviews and permits by town, Eversource, engineers, etc. Highly satisfied with the Earthlight experience.

Earthlight Tech is a great, CT-based company that I really enjoyed working with for my solar installation and maintenance. I had my solar system (27 panels) installed in April 2021, and have had a wonderful experience since! Earthlight walked me through each step, answered all my questions, provided me with quality service, and maintained great follow-up. I have saved several thousand dollars per year since having the panels, and with state and federal credits, my system will have paid off in a few more years. One essential factor for me in selecting Earthlight is their local, strong reputation. I didn't want a big national company to come in and never follow up with me on any concerns or overcharge me (what happened to Tesla's roof solar shingle system, see their recent lawsuit!). All around, I am very satisfied with Earthlight and if ever expanding my system or getting another new system - I would choose Earthlight!!

Communication was a key factor. No hard sales pressure. Told us the information and shared it via email which was so different than our three other solar companies, who quoted us. The installation of panels and charging station all occurred on one day and went smoothly. The crew was respectful to us, and our house and more refreshingly, they were polite and respectful to each other. A local company with all the work done by their own employees. Highly recommend.
