When the unit did not work after we flipped the switch, I emailed Mike, and he came down the next day and rectified the error crew members had made when they failed to turn on the set of switches on the building where the unit is mounted.

Our installation was 5/2021 on our residence and consisted of 64 panels and they were able to complete the installation and have it up in running in a couple of days.
