Felt totally misled by the solar consultant. I was not notified that Axia sub contracts all their installs. I was told all in one company with 25 year warranties. Was sold their oldest back stock equipment.

They provided more direct and complete information concerning their products and their installation team. Time spent examining our property with explanations of procedures and locations of wiring were reassuring. The labor staff worked quietly and cleaned up the work space. If I had any concerns or Questions I could call Hadley H She was right on top of things. If she needed to seek an answer she would call me back Promptly.

I would like to commend the doors with which Axia operated. Tesla sold me a dummy and on 25th March informed me they cannot do my solar. I was in a panic cause of the 13th April NEM 2.0 deadline in CA. I called up Axia on 25th March and by 10th April I had solar panels on my roof. The project coordinator Tiffiny has been extremely responsive unlike Tesla where your messages go in a black hole. I would highly recommend Axia for your solar needs.

Axia Solar made it very easy for my parents to go solar. They were very communicative throughout the process and patient with all of our questions. Hadley and Jasper both made everything easy to understand. I also really appreciated the model Jasper showed us when quoting us for the project as it helped us better visualize what the house would look like post solar. The best part is our panels are made in America!

The overall process from start to finish was quite smooth with just a minor hiccup to be expected in any project of this magnitude.  Once the sale closed the Delivery team took over and Hadley H project managed the installation. She kept me informed every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with.

Full and open disclosure. Answered all questions. Manufactuered in USA . Advocates stayed on top of details and coordinated with installation contractor. Let me know what and when throughout the process up to and including final inspection. Insured coordinationswith local a energy provider and city giovernment. Just a little over two months from initial contact through installation and Permission To Operate. Very supportive every step of the way. Very cost effective!
