Wells Solar sent team member to clean up work site. I am overall happy with my panels and do see savings, I would recommend whole battery installation so when system isn't producing (night time) you are able to sustain off battery charge and not have to pull from the electric company. Wish salesman would have recommended with panel sale.

They take long to return phone calls when they call them they do not assist you

Service was prompt. They kept in touch with me so I was aware of any problems that should arise. And have stayed in touch even after install was finished. Very good people to work with.

Poor service poor on time of getting stuff done the solar system we have our bill is over $200 a month also system doesn't work all the time.order a generator almost a year ago and still no generator so we cancelled it will not recommend Wells to anyone
