Although it started with a good experience once the contract was signed, it was confusing and complicated. We made 2 payments before they even fully installed the equipment. Now 6 months later we are still waitin to get the generator that was promised upon signing the contract. Called and emailed at least 20 times and still no eta and keep getting we will get back to you. Really dissatisfied

I started looking for a solar company and signed with Wells solar in May of this year. I wanted panels and a battery. It is now December and the project has not started. I’m not sure this company should be voted in the top ranks of solar companies.

I wanted more information about solar energy for my house but didn't know where to start. Luckily, Monte Y from Wells was able to break things down for me item-by-item, taking my budget into account. He was very helpful without being an overly pushy salesperson. If you're thinking of going solar, ask for Monte!

Monte was great. He provided lots of information, was patient with questions, and he didn't pressure us to make a decision right away. We're still thinking, but so far our experience with Monte and Wells Solar has been very good.

Recently had an interesting presentation from Mr. Y about the possibility of adding solar to our house in Windsor Park. We haven’t decided on our next step but our sales experience was positive and I never felt coerced or pushed during the pitch. I appreciate that and the attitude this particular salesman brought to the table.

Gabriel was very informative and answered any questions I had, he also never made me feel pressured, and walked me through this purchase every step of the way! Called Wells Solar for service, they came out replace optimizers, did not fix problem, they never returned to trouble shoot to fix issues, sent me a link to do a review of satisfaction, when I put the truth they immediately sent me an invoice for $285.00 for not fixing my issues, will pursue remediation through BBB or State Attorney consumer protection.

Our original solar installer not responding our any call or email. So we contact Wellssolar , They fix and replace bad inverter . GREAT SERVICE WITH REASONABLE PRICE !! Thank you

Oh how nice to be able to run your air conditioner in this heat, 24/7, and only pay $51.00. All the while adding electricity to the grid during peak hours. But, I wish I would have installed a battery system.

Wells Solar has been pretty good about follow up with our panel. We've had two crashes to the system, thus far. It doesn't produce as well as we'd hoped.

I would have given five stars but I had asked the technicians if they could check the mountings of my solar panels because I hear rattling on my roof when the wind blows. They didn't respond to this request.
