This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with so very unprofessional full of lies would not recommend at all too many things to list but u guys get the idea do not purchase!

Your representative Greg has been amazing throughout this whole process and your installation team were excellent and professional , I’m very impressed and pleased by your company.

Many unanswered questions up to the date of installation and still unanswered now. The biggest question is the monthly fees ?????? and now i hear it will be 250/month when my electric bill prior to installation is 269.71, 3/1/2021. Also mentioned the whole time was that there would be Tesla batteries now to be told that the Tesla batteries are backup and that LG's are available which was not what we agreed on and given the track record of promises I will not have them installed and wait till Tesla are available. the system has been installed and unless these questions are resolved I will not not be permitted it to be activated. I would appreciate it if someone reviewing my account and get back to me shortly. Thanks Carlo

Vivint does not know how to follow-up. They never call you back, despite promises. I have had to fight tooth and nail for simple statuses and getting them to take the next step operationally. They do not meet their timelines and the Customer Care people cannot interact with who they need to to get answers to questions. The departments cannot call each other; it is all "Third Party". They can only email and talk via 'Chat' and message each other. They do not follow-up despite promising to contact you in terms of answers to emails. You cannot be cc'd either on the emails sent. They fail to address the customer issues as well. No one commits to saying, I see you are having a rough time. Let me make it a point to call you on a regular basis until your installation is complete. Not one customer service rep or supervisor will do that, even if you ask for that. The lack of transparency and communication is gross. If you can avoid doing busiess with Vivint Solar, do so.

Still paying the power company in addition to Vivint. I’ve had the panels for about 2 year now. I had to repair my roof and they charged me $2000 to temporarily remove the panels. 25% the cost of the roof. No way for me to get out of the lease. Their customer service was helpful and is the only reason I didn’t give them a 1 star. What a rip off Jeramiah

Great workers very polite and safe when entering and out the house.

Very disappointed. I was told that our electric bill will be no higher than what we've paid previously with solar. I just received a $400 electric bill on top of what I am paying for this solar. So basically in the dark months, the solar takes all of your electric that would be given back to JCPL so you are basically being charged double. I have never paid this much for electric. My highest bill ever was $200. Now I'm paying $500 total this month WITH solar. Very misleading. Biggest regret getting this solar!

Great customer service and installation services!

So far we're not getting the credit we was told we would be getting and we was told we would receive 1,000.00 for becoming a solar customer and we haven't received that either. We are in and no promises are being kept. Can we please be accommodated. Thank you Jonathan Johnson

We had a serious roof leak from the solar panels not being installed properly. The solar panels had to be removed in September 2019 so that we could have a new roof & sheathing replaced. The solar panels were not re-installed until November 2020. Vivint continued to bill us even though we had no solar panels on our roof from September 2019 thru July 2020 . We have corresponded with Vivint over multiple emails and many different representatives and assigned many case numbers to address a refund for the 11 months of charges. Vivint issued a refund of $499 reimbursing us for the solar panel removal in 2019 but never refunded the charges that we paid without those solar panels on the roof. We have since moved to another home and are not able to access the account information. Vivint has not responded to our emails since January 26, 2021.

So far we just had the panels/system installed yesterday. It's not turned on yet. My experience at this point has been really good. The salesman Jeremie was very helpful and knowledgeable. They sent a tech to inspect the house and fuse panel. They found the panel needed to be upgraded. Vivint had an out side electrician replace the panel free of charge. A crew from Vivint came next and installed the system and the were great! professional , polite, and clean. So far very happy....
