They came and told us we had problems and I didn't know that there was something to do with the equipment on my back wall. And they came and fixed it immediately. They came and checked on us to make sure that everything was okay.

Service is good. We did have a problem initially when half of the solar panels were found to not be connected to the system. It took a long time to get that repaired. But otherwise, the service has been good. Once it got working, it did generate a lot of electricity and savings for us.

It hasn't given any issues. I'm on a test run right now billing has stopped until December, I wasn't giving a fair understanding of what the billing was all about, and I was billed so high. They want to see what the usage is and get back to me.

I HAVE AN INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY, NO ONE EXPLAINED TO ME HOW ANY OF THIS WORKS. I WAS GIVEN PANELS AND PLANS THAT DIDN'T SUIT MY NEEDS AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND STUCK WITH BILLS THAT WERE/HIGHER THAN WHAT I HAD BEFORE. NONE OF WHAT I AM CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH WAS EXPLAINED TO ME AND NONE OF IT ACTUALLY FITS MY NEEDS. NO ONE EXPLAINED WHAT ANY OF THIS MEANS WHEN GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS. WHOEVER DESIGNED MY PLANS AND INSTALLED MY PANELS DID SO UNDER THE GUISE THAT MY CURRENT ENERGY CONSUMPTION WOULD COVERED UNDER THE SOLAR PANEL PLAN I WAS GIVEN. THIS WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME OR EXPLAINED. NO ONE CARES THAT I WAS GIVEN A PLAN THAT WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME WITH VERBIAGE THAT WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME. NO ONE CARES THAT I WAS GIVEN A PLAN THAT THE ONLY WAY IT MAKES ANY SENSE TO HAVE IS TO REDUCE MONTHLY CONSUMPTION DRASTICALLY. IF NOT I ACTUALLY WILL PAY NEARLY DOUBLE WHAT MY UTILITY BILL IS. NO SALES REP EXPLAINED THIS, NO ONE AT THE COMPANY CAN EXPLAIN THIS IN A MANNER THAT ACTUALLY MAKES SENSE FOR ME AS A CUSTOMER TO HAVE.

The worst solar company ever!!!! They installed the panels and after 2 years, the water started pouring into my home. My roofer checked and the did not properly install the panels and damaged my roof that I had to replace the whole thing for $30k!!! Their response was "We never promised to fix your roof so we are not paying for it"!!!!! DO NOT INSTALL SOLAR PANELS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT!!

Sunrun staff have always notified me that they would be arriving to check on the system installed at my house, arrived when they said they would, then repaired whatever wasn’t working right. Sometimes it takes a second visit to bring a necessary component. They are monitoring the system remotely and are alerted when something isn’t registering on their end. I think Sunrun has amazing service.

The system haa been reliable. In 5 years we had 1 panel or wire go bad and Sunrun fixed it in 3 weeks. We missed a lot of summer production but the process was really smooth and easy. (Amazing is not my comment)

It works as promised and has had only one problem in all the years it has been on the roof. The problem was not with the hardware but an oversite by a technician.

The system seems to be working just fine. With the weather’s cooperation we’ve only had electric bills with a balance due, over the past 12 months. We currently have a $375.00 credit. Expecting that to be used up as we go into the winter months. Is there a way to obtain that available credit as a cash payment back to us?
