They figured out that our system wasn't working at the beginning because one of the wires was bad. But once they came out and used the alternate wire, everything's been fine ever since.

Everyone on SunRun has been very communicative during the whole process of install. They communicated clearly and did what they said they would do, so no complaints. The foreman was great. He kind of gave me the run down of what he'd be doing and I think they even ended up finishing quicker than I anticipated, so I was happy with everything.

I couldn’t be happier with Sunrun. Their sales person was personable, knowledgeable and answered every question I had. The installation team installed the solar panels and the other accompanying equipment in one morning. Their follow-up was terrific. They checked in with me about every week or so durring the inspection process. I am online now and saving a substantial amount of money on energy costs. Thank you Sunrun!

What I am most impressed with is that all the was promised, planned and documented actually happened without any glitches or excuse's. A year into it we find the system working perfectly.

Dislike how long it takes from installation to activation of the system. I realize you are at the mercy of the local inspectors but the process literally took months. Communication could improve during that period. However, your installers were excellent and cleaned up after themselves.

I had a $40k system installed in 2021 and all went well until July 2023 when the system failed. I was not informed of this until I got the trueup from PGE with my bill of $3000.00, I finally called them to learn that the system failed in July. My app only told me that it had an error in loading. Why didn't anyone call me, text me, come out and fix the problem. I called in December and they had no appointments until Jan 8, 2024. This is terrible service, terrible app, and if I could return the whole system I would do that. Alice p

My first meeting with Levon was very informative and friendly. I was very happy with the installers and electricians. Everyone was so great and explained everything along the way and I have recommended a friend already to meet with Levon and get the ball rolling for them. So far it has been a great company to deal with.

Outstanding service and communication from first call to completion of installation and activation! We had a dedicated contact person (John K) that guided us through the process from day one. He explained the system and options. Contract process was simple and understandable. We had options to choose from to determine the best pricing structure that fit our budget and expectations. Installation crew was professional, friendly and receptive to my questions and suggestions regarding final placement of panels and installation. Coordination with our electric supplier was very smooth. Looking forward to watching the system generate solar energy credits to offset all of our electric demand.
