They did everything they said they were gonna do and came every time they said they were going to come. The project was completed with no problems. I was here while they did the work. I watched what they did and I saw no problems. They were very professional and they knew their job. I would recommend it to to anybody. I'm very happy with them. I haven't had any trouble with it. Last year the system performed very well; it produced 80% of my electricity needs. I like the little Tesla app where I can watch the production of electricity during the day and what I'm using.

So far, so good! Everything is running smooth, no issues. Only complaint is the length of time from signed contract to install. Given supply chain and labor issues post pandemic, I’m not surprised but I waited more than six months.

Leased solar from this company. They said they had experience with flat roofs. It proved they didn’t. They knocked out all of my electrical power, and a person had to be called up from Tucson to Sun City to fix the problem. In addition, they punched a hole through my second bedroom and the ceiling had to be replaced. lastly my solar went out several weeks ago and my bill shot up to $200 a month. Not sure exactly how long it was out, because they are not monitoring our system. When I contacted customer support for service I was given a date over a month out before they could service my solar panels. don’t get me wrong, I love solar, I don’t like the customer service. Be sure you ask are you monitoring my system or is it all on me. And secondly if I have a problem, how long before customer service shows up.

Homesmart that contracted with Sunpower is RUDE. When I started asking question during the Zoom, he shorten the call, can't even get to the battery back options. I decided to go with someone else later on solar panel and ask Homesmart about battery option, they Marty just say he cannot help me, that too bad I went with a LESSER company. Yes, Sunpower is a big company that likely to be around in the future, but do I want to deal with them if I ever have a problem? NO

SunPower was a pleasure to interact with for such an important purchase for my home. All departments and field techs were a pleasure to interact with. The project manager/coordinators could use better communication with their customers. They lacked communication and outreach throughout the project. But everuthing else was great! I would recommend SunPower to anyone!

SunPower delivered on their promises. Everyone I dealt with was vey professional and pleasant. No high pressure sell, just facts presented to answer my questions. Their product sold itself. I was also very pleasantly surprised when they did the install in January as I was expecting spring at the earliest. I highly recommend them for your solar needs.

very good customer service from sales to installation to follow up. The 30% tax credit was very misleading. we did not get the tax credit we were promised. We were shocked and disappointed when we had our taxes done.
