I had been interested in installing solar panels for a long time. I had spoken with several companies and chose Solar Optimum. Previously, I had contacted companies who had setup appointments and then call back to reschedule several times. They had different reps calling me back and I became very frustrated. I called Solar Optimum and they were very responsive and set up an appointment to review my home. Showing up on time, the representative was very knowledgeable and explained the benefits of having solar panels and what the installation would entail. The site planner inspected my home and created a detail plan of where the panels would go. He listened to me and incorporated my concerns as I didn't want the panels to be visible from the front of the house. He took pictures of the house and also from above with his drone. He was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Solar Optimum. I received a quote several days later. I am very satisficed with the work they did and highly recommend them.

We are EXTREMELY happy with our OVERALL experience with Solar Optimum. We reached out to 3 total Solar Companies and Solar Optimum was heads and shoulders better then anyone else we reached out too. It was an easy decision to make to work with Solar Optimum. I could write a very lengthy review but the short of it is the sales professional that sold us was extremely educated on Solar, answered every single question asked of him, and was never pushy. The install was so flawless there was no junk left behind and the Panasonic EverVolt Panels with IQ8M Enphase Microinverters were installed to perfection. They are so well placed you can't even see them on the roof in most angles. The customer service post-installation was flawless from Paola, Valentina, Rene, just to name a few. This is a VERY well run business and customer service is more than exceptional. On top of this all, our system is generating even MORE power then we expected and the last 2 month's we've had a healthy credit on our electric bill. We are also more than glad we got in well before Nem 3.0. All in all, if you are looking for an incredibly well run establishment from top to bottom, look no further than Solar Optimum. I've already referred a neighbor and co-worker, both of which will likely go with them. I will continue to refer them and know if I ever do need anything in the future, I won't have any concerns. I am satisfied with SO's service in my solar panel installation. I was especially happy that they were able to get it done for me before the end of 2022 despite the rainy days. The back office was also helpful in answering my numerous questions I posed to them.

Solar Optimum did a really great job of answering all my questions, and helping me make decisions about what sort of system I wanted. They have a well designed process that makes it clear what has happened, is happening, and will happen as your system is designed and installed, and it never felt like they were trying to just sell me a bunch of stuff. The system itself was installed well, and has been working out great so far.

I installed my solar from Solar Optimum on September 2022. My overall experience is positive although there were some hiccups during main panel upgrade and city inspection. I also wanted to beat NEM 3.0 deadline. I finally got my PTO on January 2023 and I can use solar now. Thank you SO for this. Some suggestions to SO: 1. Customers might want monitoring in their system. Maybe SO can install a slightly big panel so that they can enjoy production and monitoring. 2. Improve email communication also. There were delay in email and I had to call main office several times.

When initially shopping and interviewing various Solar companies, I ultimately selected Solar Optimum. i found they were always available for my many questions. Installation was super fast and without issues. I even had them upgrade my electrical panel. Solar Optimum’s customer service is outstanding. There‘s always someone available to answer questions/concerns, and if that individual is unable to address a question, another person with that specific knowledge will call me back.
