The install was seamless. They went up it went up in two days and then it looks like three or four days to get the wiring inside done so it was pretty seamless. We've had it right over twelve years old now and it has stayed true the whole time, we've had no glitch. Well I paid a lot for my system because I bought it so long ago and it hasn't paid for itself yet.

The customer service answered every question I had. They've always there when I needed them. Don't know why I didn't do it sooner, great company.

Solar Energy World has poor customer service. The installation didn't take very long, and the service has broken more than twice and they're unable to fix it in a timely manner. I received an electricity bill and they said they'd take care of it. Because I didn't receive the amount of kilowatt hours I was supposed to, I never heard back from them to fix the system.
