When I've called them I've never had an issue with them either contacting me, or had any problems and they have the right information that I need when I call or contact them. The installation was very professional and smooth. I've never had an issue with them.

The salesman gave a good presentation. The installation was not what I expected, the only thing that saved it was when I had an issue they responded quickly.

They always take care of you. Whenever we need their help we just call them and they take care of it. We have a ground mount and it's extra heavy duty for the wind and the installation was very technical in relation with all the wires in underground and everything else that goes on. They did their tunneling through some very difficult places to get the wires in they got the panels up and did an excellent job.

I was recommended and the salesperson was very helpful. They've been very very pleasant to deal with. The installation was very good, very smooth, very easy. The installers were were great and they were very friendly, cordial, and clean. There was some bad weather one day and they they couldn't finish because of the roof with icy but they just came back next day and took pick up right where they left off and it was just a very pleasant experience.

They were great on the installation, very responsive, very clear. They cleaned up after themselves, there were some delays because of slow communication but it was still very good. It seems to work really well we're actually producing more than they had anticipated. Its just a great company.

They were very responsive to my questions and were available to make possible design adjustments for my request and very flexible just in in all aspects of the installation. the installation process went very smoothly, they arrived promptly on time. They are very professional, treated my house with respect and my family with respect and moved around us and we did have an issue where they had stepped through part of the ceiling and they were out the very next day to inspect and repair that and it looks as as if nothing ever happened.

I had particular ideas of what I wanted and they were able to accomodate it. There haven't been any issues with it since they've installed it and it's been a while. I wasn't able to negotiate the cost of it.

Talking with the sales person who came out, we had talked to several different companies and he seemed to be the most knowledgeable, most helpful, and we thought he had the best offer. When we've needed to contact them they have returned our calls and they have gotten back to us. Several issues have taken a little time to get resolved but they were persistent about it and they were resolved.

They are a local company we were looking for a local company and they had terrific service plan warranties on all the products and could do the job fairly quickly. They have responded to all of our customer service request whether that's related to you know malfunctioning parts of the system or helping us get up and running quickly they have responded to everything very quickly and very promptly in a very prompt manner. The installation process went very smoothly we didn't have any problems at all.

They're always very responsive, however I'd appreciate it if we didn't have to reach out to them so much, and they reached out to us instead. The installation was on time and quick.

When it initially turned on, we had a bad storm and it went out and they were within the day to reset it and I had no problems. It's a good product to use, it's definitely met the expectations that they said it would. My summer bills have only been eight dollars a month and that's just the hook up fee.

The customer service was very helpful, they had to come back to the house to help me come up with the installation plan and all that kind of stuff and they really were very helpful and working with the power company in getting it all set up.

It was a very smooth process, installation was done within one day. The installers were very conscientious about and maintaining the cleanliness and security of my home while they were working, there was not a nail left out of place when they left it was a very clean and efficient install.
