Shinnova has been great from the beginning to end of the install of my system. They continue to check on me & my system to make sure everything is working well after the install. They handled everything from my HOA requirements to dealing with the local energy company. The system has performed as designed & I’m very happy.

Shinnova Solar installed and has provided service to my solar panel system since 2017. Solar panels have helped me to enjoy lower electric costs in my all-electric home despite rising energy costs. I found the entire process, from first contact through activation, very positive. I had many questions and they did a great job of explaining all aspects. The people were very positive and put absolutely no pressure on us to commit. I think most people do not believe they can afford to add solar. That simply isn't the case. Shinnova is fantastic. We have not yet received our first utility bill, but if everything goes as planned, we should break even on our total costs (panel payments and utility bills) on a yearly basis.

I signed contracts for a Solar system a month ago. When I call for status the staff has no updates, and I have to ask specific questions to get an explanation of the process. No information is volunteered. The office staff is not helpful. I don't believe that it takes a month to put together a solar plan for a residential home.

Got them in December. Bills were reduced and now, in summer, they're small to negative bills through Evergy West. Easy to monitor live usage and assistance is provided for tax refunds. Very satisfied.

Our 2300 sq ft home is fine with a 50% /60% reduction in our electrical bill (over the last 3 years). Some months our water bill is higher than our power. Love it !!

Have had Shinova Solar since 2017 and there products are still working as expected. Customer service is top notch. They have always been great to work with in resolving a couple issues with convertor box. Would highly recommend them.

I've had my solar panels bought and installed by Shinnova. Everything was exactly as stated the amount we save on or bill and the size of system we have needed. I have needed a couple repairs due to software updates on the manufacturers side and Shinnova was great in coming out and fixing the issue with new hardware free of charge. I would definitely recommend them.

After getting several quotes, I chose Shinnova because their financing+price was the best value for a good product with a better warranty than the others I considered. The sales rep was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful without being too pushy, and throughout the purchase and installation, they have communicated well, kept us informed, and done everything they said they would do on time. (Note that most of the time lag between purchase and installation and "turn-on" is due to waiting for city and/or energy company work (ie, permitting, inspection, meter installation) that's outside the control of any solar company.)

We have had solar panels since December 2018. There have been electic bills that had credits and some that were zero dollars. Wish i had invested in a battery bank with the panels, then I would have not need for a generator during power outages. Could still add battery backup, but power outages don't happen offten and when they do, don't last long. Backup generator is only used for 2 or 3 hours when power goes out. I think the best part is the low electric bills. Thank you, Bruce R.

Shinnova makes it easy and provides all the information needed and maybe some not needed, to decide to install solar. Hannah has been a wonderful contact who is as forthcoming as she can be with information and support.

All of our questions were answered. Really good level of communication. Staff were friendly and helpful. The timeline was pretty close to the one we were promised.
