I had a very good experience overall with Shinnova Solar. Everyone communicated very well and the installation timeline and going live date were all as expected. Everyone that worked on the installation process were professional and respectful to the property. We’ve only been live for roughly a month, but so-far-so-good.

Shinnova Solar was very easy to work with on my Solar System here at my property. Their sales person explained everything and answered all my questions &/or concerns. From sales to project completion, their staff kept me informed and the process went through without issue. My system has been up and running for just over a year now without any problems whatsoever and my electrical utility bills are practically nil! Shinnova did an excellent job installing my Solar Panels. Their crew was timely and professional. The system designed by them is performing as expected. Their panels and micro inverters are top quality. I love the App access that allows me to track my solar production in real time. Overall I'm very happy with my Solar installation.

We had a time sensitive and logistically complex installation, could not roof mount due to existing service entry far from rural residence, need to avoid livestock access, huge rock ledges that made it difficult to route our much preferred subsurface solar generation powerlines. We also had installed panel to power company 'issues' due to extremely poor cell service (modem connectivity at pole away from residence). We also had ONE bad panel which was promptly replaced after confirmation through Enphase that it was substandard. despite challenges, Shinnova Solar has done a good job and has great reputation in our rural area and in semi-rural install and also in our inlaw's install closer to more urban setting. Delay in approval due to being located in a remote area and Rural Electrical Cooperative was part of reason for delay in install.

Everyone was super involved with the project, good communication with me and with the utilities company. I highly recommend them.

The crew was fantastic, actually fun to watch at work. The installation was exactly like the drawings. My problem was with permitting and Evergy, they drag their feet.

Every thing went well- they took care all of the paper work- nothing to do myself-A++++!

I love my solar panels. Wish I would’ve done this sooner. My bill is a consistent low price. No surprises. They installed a new roof at the same time they put on the solar panels . I enjoyed the tax break for the roof as well as the solar panels which was a pleasant bonus.. Everything was excellently done
