Never use this company!? The salesman Rozi explained the benefits and credits but because of leasing, the leasing company will get all the credits. Very misleading! Last December my bill is $175, I just received my December bill the same amount. Why! After the sale, the salesman never answered my call. This is very unprofessional. The salesman promised to pay to relocate the roof vents to accommodate more panels. After the system is up, the company refuses to pay the cost of $1000. Be aware if use other companies, ask them to include the consumer meter which cost only $25 extra. If after the installation, the cost will be over $600. Any person needs more information, contact the company to get me email. I am thinking to take the company to court.

We’ve been using Momentum for about 2 years. So far the customer service has been responsive. They helped walk me through all the government applications to get our money. Our average summer electric bill went from around $700 to $100 and in the winter we don’t pay anything. 110% worth it!

This company started out with a bang and then has slowly just regressed into a customer service nightmare. Salesman promised a install check when he sold us the panels. After installation no check showed up and to this day 5 months later still havent received anything. 45 days ago local sales manager calls me and says we cant pay you the amount the salesman promised(shocker) but we can settle for this?? I give him an amount which was half of what was promised and we agree to it. Well 45 days later and they pretty much have done nothing. My local contact at the office told me he was taking care of it 2 weeks ago and now nothing. Do yourself a favor and buy from any solar company but this one. These clowns have no idea what customer service is about and taking care of the customer

Working with Momentum to get solar installed on our house was a treat. The salesman, installers and customer service were all very professional, kind and patient with our endless questions. The only downside was we found a leak in our roof after the install was complete. It was quickly fixed by the company, so that was very pleasing to us. Our rep, Veronica, was very helpful in getting work order put in for the speedy roof repair. I left everyone I know that this is the company to use if they want solar.

I had a horrible experience with this company - Momentum Solar. They promised me that I would not pay for power for a year, but I got bill the next month after installing and activating my solar. Several calls to fulfill their promise failed to yield any favorable response. The salesman that convinced me to use Momentum Solar left the company, his manager refused to fulfill his promises. I started paying bills the next month intead of after one year as they promised me.

Once the system was installed, we could not contact the sales representative. The system evidently has installation flaws. Yet Momentum, when queried, suggest that the system would have take 3 - 4 months to equalize before expected results would be realized. For 100 days, the system has reported not one day where solar production exceeded electrical consumption. Additionally, every high solar production day was met by an even higher consumption day. When discussing this issue with Enphase (the manufacturer), they remoted into the system and noted that when production was "disconnected" from the power meter, instantaneous consumption was approximately 100 watts. When solar production was reconnected, instantaneous consumption went up to 3Kwatts. This information was reported to Momentum. For 7 days since this issue was initially reported to Momentum, there has been 3 telephone calls, each only to say that the issue has been reported to their service department, but no service call has been scheduled. Very poor customer service!!

I am a woman who owns my own home. Although I am married, the deed and mortgage are in my name only. My husband works long, unpredictable hours and I am used to making my own decisions about my house and have had no problems in the past. This company refuses to schedule an appointment with me alone. They REQUIRE that my husband there to help me make decisions. Despite me assuring them that I am a capable decision maker, they would rather not sell me a system than deal with me alone. Women are 50% of the population but this company doesn't trust us to make a decision alone. Women should choose another company that respects our autonomy.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My sales rep Lizadora J here in jacksonville FL, was so patient with me. Took her time explaining steps by steps and continues to be an excellent representative even after my project was finished. From start to finish, this company stood behind their promises and delivered beyond my expectations. Thank you Monentum for all that you have done and continue to do. Thank you Lizadora J for genuinely care. - Edward Schumacher. Palm coast FL

cant express enough how pleased I'm with this company here in Jacksonville, Florida. My solar specialist L Jones, came to my home not only was she punctual but extremely professional. Took her time to explain everything to me, making me feel so at easy with my decision on going solar. She continues to go the extra mile to help me with any questions I have even on her days off. Thank you momentum for choosing your representatives wisely. This company is amazing!

After meeting with the salesman I was really looking forward to Momentum doing my solar installation. I used another company to put on a new metal roof. I contacted the salesman to say the roof was complete, and schedule the solar job. He said they couldn’t do the job on my metal roof, and was surprised nobody had called me. He called back later and asked that I send pictures of the roof. I requested instead that someone from Momentum come, and look at the roof to ensure whether or not they could do the installation. I have not heard back from them at all. Very disappointed.

Installation of the panels was relatively easy. I was able to call in and usually get the answers I needed. However, I’ve had these panels for about 3 years now and 9 of them have been offline for about two weeks. I have called 5 times, emailed twice and even posted on their FB page. I’m told over the phone that someone will be in touch with me to get issue resolved. I never hear anything back. This is beyond frustrating and causing me to lose faith in Momentum Solar’s customer service. I would not recommend them.

Stay away from this fraudulent company! The salesman (Steve) came today and he was counting on customer being unknowledgeable so he can take advantage and make his sale. The guy wouldn't give anything proposal in writing, would not even tell me what brand of solar panels will be used and got angry with me when I asked multiple times for brand.

I feel I am being scammed by Momentum Solar. After paying all that money to install solar panels on my home, I have not heard from anyone since. I thought I was making an investment for my family, instead, I got absolutely nothing, not even a word, comment, response... My project manager, Joe, promised a speedy installation and to answer any questions I had along the way, (before I paid them). He has yet to return a single phone call or text. After contacting the company directly, no one has been able to answer questions about when the work is to continue after two months of stand still, let alone completed. They have no information on when we can move forward and now I do not feel comfortable with the "work" they will do at all. If they are unable to answer simple questions or even complete the project, why are they collecting money up front? There are several reputable companies offering solar installation and I wish I had gone with one of them, and not Momentum.

I got my solar system installed in December 2018 for a total of 11.65kW with IQ-7s. I love it. $0.00 electric bill for 3 years. The pricing I got was incredible. I paid the equivalent of $2.43/W. I challenge any other company to beat that rate

Momentum has installed the panels. A couple of days afterwards, I heard a loud pop on the roof. I thought maybe a tree branch fell on one of the panels but it ended up being one of my metal roof panels had started to bow and popped a couple of screws out of the underlayment. The panel's ridge had been flattened and when the heat of the sun (I'm in Florida) heated up the metal it had nowhere to expand because of the ridge being crushed and so popped the metal up at the end. Now my plywood underneath the edge is exposed and I'm have to put plastic bags underneath the metal's edge to keep from getting water damage. I called customer service and they had scheduled for someone to come out and look at it. The day of the appointment, their representative called and asked to send some pics of it. Guy never showed up and I called customer service and she had said that it was a pre-existing problem and basically that it wasn't their problem. She said that their inspector had taken pics of it before job started and she volunteered to email me the pics. I have yet to receive the pics. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. This one only appears to want to sell you something and will not do anything if you have a problem. I remember the salesman saying that if any problem pops up that they are quick to try and remedy it. I now am getting ulcers and sleepless nights trying to deal with this myself.
