Had nothing but problems with Erus energy. They will not come out and fix my panels. They won’t come out do nothing. They laugh at you when you call them on the phone about a problem. do not use this company.

I liked what Erus has to offer. I would have really liked to have more direct contact from the person in charge of our contract. It felt like once we signed the contract everything was done remotely and we never got to speak with someone about how to use the app or how our system could be improved. The customer service is a bit lacking. We also had to push them to finish the aeroseal before we signed off on the approval. I have a feeling that if we didn't, it would never have gotten done.

Poor communication. I still do not have an install date

Install process at 7 months and counting. Our initial project manager was reassigned and now we have no idea who the project manager is we call and never get a callback from whoever it is. The install went fairly smoothly, Although communication there was also lacking. BUT the inspection we’ve been waiting now for 2 to 3 months and her system still isn’t turned on and no one is telling us what’s going on. Honestly, they seem more interested in gaining contracts than keeping customers.

We contracted with Erus Energy in July of 2022 for a Solar install. The work has been completed except for the last step of inspection so the system can be turned on - the company rep missed an appointment with Tucson Electric in early Dec. Now all we are getting is assurances they will call us which they never do. We are NOT happy with this shoddy treatment.

Chaz and Eric provided excellent customer service. They were attentive and very responsive whenever I had questions. Both of them went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable with the system I was purchasing and they even brought me a birthday gift on my birthday. Erus installed the system quickly and turned it on almost immediately after the final inspection. My system has only been on a little over a month so it remains to be seen whether I will see any credits during the winter months and how it will look in the summer. All in all, it was a great experience and I appreciated the service provided by everyone from Erus involved in the transaction.

I liked that they stayed in touch on a regular basis.

Everything has gone well so far. Installers were here about 8:30 yesterday and were done and gone before 4:00.

To much time wasted on waiting for installation, then much later inspection, and then turning system on. What could have taken maybe a week took almost 2 months. Still have evaluation time to see IF it will really affect our energy bill. So far or energy consumption has not really changed a whole lot.

I'd like to commend Ms. KATHRINE MUNOZ for her superb ordination and detailed explanation of Erus Energy's great solar program! Although I decided not to install solar on my rental house, if & when I do, I sure hope Ms. Munoz is there to assist me! A valuable Ambassador for Erus Energy!
