Waiting to long for an inspection and it was not approved and I am still waiting for a date to fix the inspection problems. It happened almost 2 weeks ago.

We had our initial installation in March of 2021 and now in September it is still not hooked up

Terrible service. They haven’t met any of their timeline promises for installation. I call and they make promises but then don’t follow through.

My solar panels are not finished being installed and my first payment was due yesterday. It’s been over two months since the start of the install

Very little follow up since installation. Not even sure how to work my system or if it is even turned on. You expect them to have great customer service when you pay 20k for a system.

Sales person was really friendly compared to other companies that stopped by our house. The installation part was the best experience we had with them as they are hard to get in touch with. We have had problems getting someone out to help us.

Haven’t had any problems with anything. They set up the appointment, came and everything got installed. Customer support is accessible and easy to talk to. Every time I call, my problems are solved.

My experience with Elan was really bad - I didn't like it. It took them a really long time to hook up the system and they had so many problems. They promised so many things and didn't keep up. Then they were supposed to refund me money because I was paying my electric bill. They never refunded me the money. I won't recommend them.

It's working just fine though they should warn their customers about bird potentially getting under the panels and offer some sort of solution for that. It would be great if they offered that as part of the service. It is a little but of trouble getting of someone in customer service after the install was done.

Nobody calls back. There is no customer service whatsoever. Go somewhere else.

After doing some research I found they have the best product and the most affordable prices. Everything was done smoothly and seems to be running very efficiently. It only took one day to get it up on the roof. The cleaned up their mess. We were happy with what they left us.

I pay too much for the service and they have the worst customer service I’ve ever had. There is no support. It took eight or nine months and I didn’t hear from them at all. For the installation they came and put the solar panels up and that is it. They didn’t explain anything. They were super messy. I am trying to get rid of them.
