Very little follow up since installation. Not even sure how to work my system or if it is even turned on. You expect them to have great customer service when you pay 20k for a system.

My experience with Elan was really bad - I didn't like it. It took them a really long time to hook up the system and they had so many problems. They promised so many things and didn't keep up. Then they were supposed to refund me money because I was paying my electric bill. They never refunded me the money. I won't recommend them.

It's working just fine though they should warn their customers about bird potentially getting under the panels and offer some sort of solution for that. It would be great if they offered that as part of the service. It is a little but of trouble getting of someone in customer service after the install was done.

After doing some research I found they have the best product and the most affordable prices. Everything was done smoothly and seems to be running very efficiently. It only took one day to get it up on the roof. The cleaned up their mess. We were happy with what they left us.

I pay too much for the service and they have the worst customer service I’ve ever had. There is no support. It took eight or nine months and I didn’t hear from them at all. For the installation they came and put the solar panels up and that is it. They didn’t explain anything. They were super messy. I am trying to get rid of them.

Adam, the sales rep did a great job but I don’t know if my solar it working the way it is supposed to. I still don’t know how to use. When I call, sometimes I get connected but sometimes I don’t. I have been given information that was not true.

Haven’t had any problems with anything. They set up the appointment, came and everything got installed. Customer support is accessible and easy to talk to. Every time I call, my problems are solved.

Sales person was really friendly compared to other companies that stopped by our house. The installation part was the best experience we had with them as they are hard to get in touch with. We have had problems getting someone out to help us.

They need to improve their customer support and return phone calls. The equipment seems to be working fine but I had to call the power company myself to get it turned on. No one there activated it or returned my phone calls. The installation process was terrible.
