Everything went fairly smooth from beginning thru install. Only hitch is someone forgot the critter guard on the install day. Will need to return to install but otherwise , ok. Now waiting for city inspect and power company meter and blessing to turn on.

Very fluid company to work with. Communication throughout the process was good. There were a few minor hiccups, but was not related to their work. Sales Rep was responsive to inquiries and provided back up information. First time we ever went to solar, but would highly recommend.

We installed solar panels for our house from this company two years ago. In two months, our celing started leaking. When we called them, they said squirrels were making nests underneath the panel and causing the damage, so they asked us to pay extra to install the guards. We spent and got the guard installed, but our roof was still leaking. We called them again, and a guy came and told us that the gaurd was not only installed entirely but also not done correctly. He would send someone to fix it. We have been calling them every month for someone to come and fix it, and they promise to come, but no one has shown up. When we ask for a supervisor, they just say the supervisor is busy at the moment and will call us back, but we never hear back from the supervisor either. We are not sure about our options at this moment.

Beyond a very nice sales representative, dealing with Blue Raven Solar became one of our biggest mistakes. The roof inspector showed up on the wrong day. Installation was scheduled for the morning and Blue Raven called and asked if it could be changed to the afternoon. The installation team showed up in the morning anyway. Since we were not ready for them, they said they would be back in the afternoon at their originally scheduled time. I took off work for the installation but they didn't show. Called Blue Raven and we were told that the installation would have to be rescheduled. I lost work for nothing and when asked if Blue Raven was going to compensate me for my time and the inconvenience, they apologized for the mistakes and said they would refer that question to management. Installation was rescheduled for another afternoon. Blue Raven called the day before and said that the installation couldn't be completed as scheduled because their electricians were taking the day off. Another phone conversation and they found an electrician. When the installation was completed, the control panel couldn't be connected to the house WiFi and a WiFi module would need to be installed but the installation team never notified Blue Raven. Another phone call to the company and they said the module would be ordered and sent to the house and Blue Raven would install it. A month later and still nothing. It took another call to the company to finally get the WiFi module installed. The company sales manager had heard about the troubles we had and reached out to apologize. He was told apologizes are nice but the screw ups were not his. I had lost work twice and there were certainly a fair amount of other inconveniences and screwups. I again asked if Blue Raven was giving some form of compensation for their failures and the company sales manager agreed that something was definitely due for lost work and all other mess-ups and he would talk to the management about a discounted amount from the bill. Managements answer was “No compensation” We received the final bill with the full amount due; no discounts. DO NOT CALL BLUE RAVEN FOR YOUR SOLAR NEEDS.

So far the installation has been great. They came over installed yesterday with no problems. They communicated with me and was great at cleaning up after. Still do not have them on as we are still waiting for inspection from the power company and final inspection from the city but so far so good. Thank you to Dexter who was great on showing me how to power on and off the box and great at answering all my questions And thank you to Jordan's team who was quick and efficient on installing keeping me updated on the process and answering my questions. (Except I forgot to ask why I have a bunch of light bulbs lol im sure they told me and i dont remember) Hopefully our solar will be up and fully running soon

I have been quite happy with Blue Raven from the beginning. The salesperson, Adam has tried to be on top of everything and keep me posted along the way. The install started yesterday, but the wrong equipment, not all the stuff or the wrong stuff was sent. They did what they could but were also short staffed, so it couldn't be finished. Now I have to wait to get back on the schedule to get it finished and the inspection done. The installers were awesome - so professional and kept me informed of what was happening. I would have gone 5 star if this were just for the people I've dealt with, but since it includes the company as a whole and their goof up yesterday, I am going with a 4 but would actually do a 4.5 if I could.

Blue Raven Solar did there best solar installation at my property. They were so easy to deal with and there staff explained and provided service in a very timely manner and order. My other friends also had a very positive service from Blue Raven Solar here in Washington. I will recommend and rate this company as one of the best in service and growing.

Installation and Inspection Review: This is a review of the installation and inspection process. After anxiously awaiting the installation of our system (which was delayed due to city permitting taking a long time) the crew arrived on time in the morning. I met with each member of the team and showed them the access to the attic, electric panel and service. From that point on it was just a matter of them completing the install (22 panels) which was completed around mid-afternoon. The team members were all very nice I have absolutely no complaints about them or their work. They cleaned up after themselves and there was no evidence of them being here other than the beautiful new arrays on my roof! I apologize for not remembering everyone's name, but I know that Patrick and Dakota were two of the team members. From a corporate standpoint I wish that Blue Raven would have given each team member Blue Raven Logo t-shirts that would have shown clearly that these are in fact Blue Raven Certified installers. The next day I was contacted to schedule the inspection for two days later (only 3 days after the installation!) which I was thrilled about. Jacob (Jake) was the Blue Raven operations tech who worked with the city inspector. Jake arrived early to confirm the installation and have everything prepped for the inspector. He was very diligent in helping me to understand my system and what to expect next. He took extra time to answer all of my questions and was great to work with! Overall, every associate with Blue Raven that I have worked with from initial knock on my door until now has been a pleasure to speak with. While I give the process so far 5 stars, I considered going less only because there is no regular communication on status of the approval process prior to install. I really wish that there was a Blue Raven app that I could log into to see the status of my project with details on what is happening and what steps are next and what I should expect, actions I need to take, etc. As it was the only way that I knew what was going on after signing the contract was to reach out to our sales person and ask what the status was. I really expected more of a transparent process which I wanted to share with my family and neighbors. I really think that if there was an app that I could show them, it would have been instrumental in getting them to trust Blue Raven and sign up as well. My next steps? Wait for the power company to swap out my meter with one compliant for solar production, get a final inspection from Jake, and ready to start producing power and saving money. I look at it like this - if I were to tell you that you don't have to do anything about how you use electricity, and I am going to give you money each month just to continue life as normal... would you do it? Of course you would and that is why I did and eventually why most will.

Blue Raven made the process of going solar at our home quick and easy. Our representative, Matt, explained the process in detail, helped us with all the paperwork and worked with the county to get us permitted. The 25-year warranty was a definite plus. An inspection was done by Brian at Blue Raven of our roof, attic area and electrical panel ahead of the installation so that all would proceed properly. The permitting process went quickly in our county. Blue Raven's install crew led by Juan was efficient and the final product looks great. This was especially important as the panels were installed on the front of our roof. We look forward now to final inspections and then to producing our own electrical power.
