Great, start to finish was done, about 1.5 months. Team with Pete and Gabriel great, no issues passing inspection with MVEA.

The crew installing the panels were very efficient, friendly and willing to take the time to explain what they were doing when asked. Cory, who came out to install the cell kit for internet access was very knowledgeable, saw that only 11 of the 28 panels were being seen by the software and took the time to fix the problem. He did a great job of explaining the apt for monitoring the system and explained every screen leaving us with a wonderful feeling that did the right thing going with solar and Blue Raven. Thank You to all.

I can see the amount of output I will create on sunny days and it is impressive, it should make a big difference on our electric bill in the summer months.

The day before install it rained and snowed so I had my doughts install would occur and I figured a reschedule would and I was OK with it, but I moved my car to the street just in case. Turns out they showed up and than a trailer hauling my equipment showed up. I had mentioned to the driver they could drive onto my driveway and leave the equipment there so it wouldent be om the street but they said it would be fine. Well the moment the pallet touched the ground it went flying and hit my bumper. The company transporting the equipment was great, they offered to paint and refinish it at no cost, but it turned out the bumper had more damage than expected which resulted in me needing a new bumper which I had to front some money on my end to get fixed. Luckily BRS was made aware of the issue and paid for the expense. All in all, given the the rough situation, the way they handled install and the way they handled this unfortunate outcome really makes me happy to have gone with them as I know any other solar company wouldent have cared, and this instances do matter no matter how big or small the issue. Thank you again, will recommend you, and use you again when I purchase another home!

Promised me a CT, reneged on their agreement. They continue to give me the run around. Go elsewhere. Avoid these guys at every turn. No honesty. No integrity. And no character.

Their financial side Good Leap is disgusting and dishonest, for this reason alone I suggest finding another solar company to do business with.

They do not stand behind their sales agreements. Our salesman made claims that we would have no problem getting the panels on our new metal roof, we were having put on, for this project. After the 40K roof was installed, the told me they couldn't, now I can't even get them to return texts, email, of phone calls. Do not trust them. I'm sure it works out 90% of the time but when it goes bad they say, the contract says we do not stand behind the salesman's claims and it will cost you. Don't gamble with your home.

The entire experience, from the initial sales interview, until energizing the unit was a breeze. Izz was the best salesperson I have ever had, for any purchase. He assisted with all questions the entire way. Blue Raven handled everything. I couldn't be happier.
