My experience with better earth was really good. I got a 7.4 system with them and my sales rep Michal M helped me with the initial design and also made sure to answer any questions along the way. He is very knowledgeable guy and made sure the there were no gaps during the installation.

After months and years of hesitating and delaying getting solar, something I've always wanted to do, I decided the upcoming NEM 2.0 deadline was just the motivation I needed. Better Earth Solar showed at my door at just the right time and made a great sales pitch. Michael M handled my installation from start to finish and provided all the info a detail oriented engineer like myself needed to feel comfortable with the process and made me feel involved, informed, and satisfied. He responded promptly to my text messages and made sure to answer all my questions and made sure to respect all my wishes and demands. Some very important things for me: The panel layout, the kind of inverter, and the price. Better Earth made sure I got the price I wanted and the exact panel layout all while making sure everything is up to code and properly permitted and all the i's dotted and t's signed. It's been a pleasant experience. What REALLY startled me is how fast they installed the panels. I signed the contract at the end of January and the panels were installed by mid-February. I had a business trip coming up and they accommodated my desire and requirement to be present for the install. They showed up right on time, and successfully completed the installation when they said they would. The installers were professional and timely and did great work. They had no problems with me flying my drone and watching them work and being a bit more involved than I expect the average homeowner is.

I am part of the mad dash to get solar before NEM2.0 phases out. I had received 5+ quotes and was fortunately referred to Trevor at Better Earth by multiple work colleagues. I reached out and received the best quote and proposal from Trevor compared to all competitors and the customer experience has been great. Trevor has been engaged and communicative throughout the process, especially for someone who is just learning about solar fundamentals. He's made himself available on phone/text/email and been overall great to work with. Since Better Earth is fully integrated, everyone was kept in the loop and are appraised of changes almost instantly. I was originally scheduled for a site survey in the evening, and when the inspector called to switch the time a few hours earlier, I received a text from Trevor less than 2 minutes after hanging up the phone with the site inspector confirming I had updated the timing of my survey. Very impressive coordination and internal communication on all ends with Better Earth.

We’d been thinking of solar for a while and finally took the plunge with Better Earth. Great decision! Needed a new roof too, and their partner got that done quick. The solar installation was fast, easy, and cost less than we expected. The savings on our electric bill have been huge. Our first 12 months of solar cost us a total of 12 cents! Less Sun the second year, so that was about $10 - but still a huge difference. Great experience all around!

We had a very good experience with this company and largely due to our sales rep, Noah N, who was our initial contact. Noah was great, he stayed in contact throughout the process and was always accessible. He made sure that we had enough panels, so we wouldn't have a true up bill at the end. We also got our loan thru them and are happy with that as well. Being able to take care of every part of the process thru one company is really helpful. There were some install issues. First, there were only 2 guys doing the install and they really needed a third to get it done quicker, because they were working after dark up there and that doesn't seem safe. Second, you could see visible screws coming through the rafter tails. They did come back in a reasonable amount of time and fix them.

Trevor patiently and painlessly walked us through the entire process. We had a large number of questions and he was able to help us work through what we needed.
