I've had a lot of issues while working with SunPro. I have some issues but they did great work but I still have a bunch of issues with what happening right now. The installation went smoothly, but they didn't get back to me about the problems with my battery and I have panels go out here and there. I wish they had a battery backup option.

They did a fantastic job with installation. They need a better support team though because some of them are not qualified and don't know what they're trying to sell.

The salesman that worked with us was very good. He explained everything to us and was very honest. We've had minor problems but they replaced panels that needed fixing right away. They did a final check on the system and everything is not working properly. They have a great finance program to help pay for it. The installation was a professional process and I'm very satisfied with all their equipment. I highly recommend SunPro to my family and friends if they're interested.
