My experience with ADT Solar has been extremely positive. Entered into a contract for panels to be installed. Just prior to installation, an unforeseen situation arose which required relocation. Contacted Lara G, the ADT Client Advocate, Lara and explained the situation. She was able to work things out for us and lifted a heavy burden. Couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. Would recommend ADT Solar as a company with great customer service and integrity.

Sales Rep was very informative and nice to work with. Other staff was helpful as well. Only negative is sometimes they are hard to get ahold of and there is usually a delayed response by some memebers.
